Durham Region Kids is a unique, personal, local blog and resource site for parents.

What started as a workplace pregnancy blog in 2005 with a few dozen daily readers has grown into a portal of local parenting information with hundreds of visitors a day. My goal is to support local parent-preneurs, encourage shopping local, highlight local events and celebrate everything about living in Durham Region with families of all types.

I love to share local businesses with my readers. Blog visitors are unique in that they return multiple times a day to read comments – this offers great and distinct exposure that sets Durham Region Kids apart from other sites.
