Donna spent less than 2 hours in the house. The bathtub was dull and the fixtures spotted. The vacuum cleaner barely used and a dirty rag dragged over my coffee table and TV screen. The ledges barely touched if at all. No frames even galced at. Her instructions were: vacuum, damp mop and dust (apparently I should have specified All horizontal surfaces) and clean 1 1-2 bathrooms.

Wow! $45.00/hour and mediocre at best.

Her services were short-lived, when I noticed that she was not consistent with her cleaning and thoroughness. I was very disappointed with the lack of care and detail, as well as the dishonesty of the business owner herself. She cut-corners, and it seemed as though she lowered the bar to see how much she could get away with. I did not appreciate coming home from a long day at work to find that my house was in complete disarray from the way I had left it in the morning. I suppose that her technique was to move things around to give the illusion that she had cleaned an area of the house, when really nothing was done. Buyer beware!

I have these 2 ladies that come to my house once a week and they are EXCELLENT …..they do such an amazing job from making beds to tidying up messes to making things sparkle and they use environmentally friendly products as well. I love coming home knowing they are in my house.I have recommend them to family members and friends and they love them they are called Gem’s Cleaning service and they are in Whitby so I will pass them onto you.
