Tomorrow we’re off to Eric’s mom’s for the weekend. Saturday is a big dinner with most of his side of the family, and Sunday will be Christmas morning.

All of which means one thing: Presents, wine, food and then more presents. Capped off with more food. And another bottle of wine.

Thank goodness for built-in babysitting whilst visiting family: “Why hello! Yes, you look wonderful. Kissy-kissy. Isn’t Lucy cute? Admire her while I go make out with this bottle of deliciousness in the corner.” 

I have a very cute post scheduled for Christmas Eve Monday, which I hope hardly any of you will read because you’ll be with your families. We’re back Monday afternoon and aren’t straying far until into the New Year. What a treat.
